Our pigs are rotated through lush, green, clover rich pastures, and natural woodlands producing ecologically enhanced soils continuing the process of producing highly nutritious forages. The cycle never ends.

Our Pastured Pork is raised the same way our cattle are raised.
Our pigs are rotated through the same legume mixture of forages and
allowed to eat nuts, seeds and berries producing pork top in quality and
taste. Our pigs are born in the pastures without the interference
of mechanical means of birthing assistance and only come to a barn for
shelter when they decide. Pastured Pork is naturally more tender
and juicier than conventional pork, lower in calories and fat, higher in
Omega 3's, Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA's), Vitamin E and Beta
Carotene. This produces heart healthy pork loaded with natural
defenses against cancers, high blood pressure, high cholesterol,
Alzheimer's and
other life-threatening diseases. 
Our pigs are never given any vaccinations, which are immuno-depressant,
no growth hormone implants, which are essentially steroids given for
faster weight gain and no chemical wormers or de-licers.
