Raw Milk

Our Raw Milk comes from our Jersey cows that eat only grass.  Modern scientific research as gathered by the Weston A. Price Foundation shows that raw milk from grass fed cows provides us with essential enzymes needed to help the body assimilate all bodybuilding factors, including calcium and nutrient dense milk we need for good antibody production.  Our milk is never pasteurized, thereby it contains lactic-acid-producing bacteria that help protect the body against pathogens, is full of milk's natural amino acids lysine and tyrosine, Vitamin C and Vitamin B12, needed for healthy blood and a properly functioning nervous system.  No synthetic vitamins or chemicals are ever added to our Raw Milk, nor is it homogenized, the process that has been linked to heart disease.  Our milk cows are NEVER given any high protein grains, only nutrient rich, lush green pastures thereby producing Raw Milk with a high supply of cancer-fighting Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA's), essential vitamins and minerals, and the Price Factor.

We do not take the calves away from our cows, which produces stress on both the mother and calf and does not allow the calf to grow properly on a diet of Mother's milk and by learning alongside his mother.  They come into close human contact, are milked by hand once a day, and are quiet, happy, contented animals.  There are no noisy chutes, head gates or corrals, and they are never moved by use of electric prodding.  This produces a stress-free environment for a quiet, peaceful milking time.

Our milk cows are never given any vaccinations, which are immuno-depressant, no growth hormones, which are essentially steroids given for higher milk production and no chemical wormers or de-licers.

Our milk cows are rotated daily through lush, green, clover rich pastures, producing ecologically enhanced soils continuing the process of producing highly nutritious forages.  The cycle never ends.
