Real Farm Foods Real Farm Foods are produced by real farmers. At the Rockin H Ranch we produce Real Farm Beef, Pork, Milk, Eggs, Strawberries, and Real Farm Seasonal Produce. All of our animals are grass fed and never caged or placed in small confinements. Our animals are never given hormone injections, dangerous parasitic de-wormers, and never come in contact with pesticide laced food stuffs. Our ranch operates with a commitment to all natural and holistic management to produce quality nutrient soils producing highly nutritious forage for high nutrient fed animals which feed ourselves and our customers with the highest density nutritious foods. Our Real Farm Pork is raised the same way our cattle are raised. Our pigs are rotated through the same legume mixture of forages and allowed to eat nuts, seeds and berries producing pork top in quality and taste. Real Farm Milk comes from our Jersey cows that eat only grass. Modern scientific research as gathered by the Weston A. Price Foundation shows that raw milk from grass fed cows provides us with essential enzymes and nutrient dense milk we need for good antibody protection. Do Chickens Need to Eat Grass & Bugs? Our Real Farm
Beef comes from our closed herd of Black Angus cows. This means
our cattle do not come in contact with any outside animals. Our herd
grazes on legume mixed forages on our own pastures and never get even a bite
of grain. This produces a beef high in Omega 3's, the good fat our
bodies need for superior health and a high quality of life.

chickens are rotated through new clean pastures just like our cows and pigs.
The nutrient quality of the egg is enhanced many times over when the chicken
is allowed to forage as our free range hens do. Caged animals produce
something less than superior food. A diet of foods produced by animals
allowed to forage enriches the nutrient density of those foods which is not
fully obtainable by any other means. The new term "Farmaceutical"
indicates a lesser dependence or elimination of pharmaceuticals for a
healthier lifestyle.
